Privacy notice

This notice explains how Next Foundry Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd ("Next Foundry", "we") handles personal information collected through nextfoundry.tech. Each of our ventures has its own privacy notice on its own website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation (if you give it), the topic and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. We use newsletter addresses only to send our newsletter. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Messages and subscriptions are stored securely with our hosting and database providers. These providers may process data in other countries under contracts that protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to three years and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@nextfoundry.tech. We handle personal information in line with the data protection laws that apply to us and to you.
